After a long journey from Bangkok to Samui, then a ferry to Koh Pha-ngan we finally arrived. We got to our resort, Charm Beach, which was beautiful. We walked out of our bungalow onto the beach with golden sand and crystal clear warm water. The hotel staff were so friendly, the manager was English which was quite handy.

We pretty much spent the daytimes by the pool or on the beach and the night times partying. It's Koh Phangan after all, party island. However the first night (saturday) we had planned to go to Thong Sala which was the next resort but we had a power cut and all of phangan and samui was out. (The torches and head torch came in very handy here!) Therefore no lights meant no getting ready for us. We kept this evening as a chilled one and sat at the bar under candlelight with a few drinks before sitting on the beach swings chilling.

On the sunday we chilled on the beach and adopted the hotel dog, she sat with us all day as we sunbathed and would walk into the sea with us,it was like having our own guard dog. In the evening we went to Haad Rin beach for a 'warm up' party. It was crazy but so much fun, we even had the taxi driver out partying with us!

On the monday it was the same routine, beach/pool in the day. However in the evening we thought we would mix things up a bit and head to a party in the Jungle. Sounded like a good experience! However 2 hours in and we left, the music wasnt as good and the prices of drinks were crazy. So we ended up at the beach...again!

Tuesday was full moon party day! We walked into Haad Rin town to get our bright tshirts for the evening and some rather attractive bright shorts! We then chilled by the pool before getting ready. We had some drinks at the hotel with some friends we made before covering ourselves in UV paint and heading to the beach. Well we thought the 'warm up' parties were crazy they were nothing compared to the full moon night. It was epic, we partied all night literally and watched the sunrise in the morning! There were all sorts of stunts and fire acts happening it was an amazing atmosphere to be in!

The next day (wednesday) was relaxation day.. so pretty much the same as any other. Except we didnt go out this evening and just chilled on the beach and sorted out ferry for the next day. We ended the evening by chilling in the Hammocks over looking the beach and the flashing lights of samui!

On the thursday we chilled by the pool before checking out and heading to the ferry port for our jourey to Koh Samui!
