Enjoyed an early morning walk at Port Gregory. Beach was lined with rows of dead jelly fish that blow up like balloons. Impossible not to step on some and when you do they also pop like balloons.
Pack up as usual but not on the road till about 10:00am
Nice drive from Port Gregory to Kalbarri with a brief stop off to enjoy the coastal views that included magnificent sand dunes lining the coast.
Drive into Kalbarri has numerous vantage points that all provide panoramic views of specky coast line.
Drive through Kalbarri National Park leads to North West Coastal Highway (Highway 1). Heading north we had lunch on the banks of the Murchison River and ended up at a lookout called Gladstone Scenic Lookout. It's an interesting hill on the side of the road about 160km south of Carnarvon that provided a high vantage point to look out over Shark Bay and take in its amazing sunset(s). Great spot to spend the night.
