Hi!
Well, quite a few things have happened... I am moving into a new apartment on Thursday. I am subletting the apartment for a month from a girl who also went to school at Missoula! She has been living here in B.A. for over three years now though. She is going to be out of town for a month and was looking for someone to stay in her apartment and watch her cat. In return she is offering really cheap rent. I will have the whole apartment, which is really nice and in my same neighborhood, for just 100 US dollars a month. I'm really excited, it should be great.
We had a staff Christmas party last week, which was really fun. Everyone I work with is so cool. We had a good little time, and exchanged some gifts and all that. I just added pictures of it.
This weekend I went to a town called Tigre. Its a little town about 40 minutes North of B.A. right on the delta. I went with my two good friends Ari (from New Jersey) and Chris (from Holland). It was a great time. We just camped out and relaxed, and enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of the city for a few days. It was really funny though, on our 2nd day there the delta started swelling and before we knew it the entire campsite and its facilities were underwater. It was crazy! I think its pretty common, because no one seemed too worried. In the building they just picked everything up off the floor and went on with their daily business. The high water only lasted for 4 or 5 hours, but it was really strange...
I am back in Buenos Aires now, just chillin. I have the next 4 days off work, so that will be nice. A bunch of friends and I are having a big Christmas celebration tomorrow, and I think we'll all do something on Christmas day as well. It should be a good time- I'm looking forward to it.
I'm thinking of you all, and I wish you the best for the Holidays!
Cheers, Cailin
