So, as you can see from the new photos, I have had an action packed few days. I went out the other night with a few girls I met, and we went to a bar where there was a live Tango music. The band was amazing. I have never been to a concert quite like it. It was a really good time- check out the video. Then yesterday, I did this crazy thing called The Amazing Race Buenos Aires. My company, South American Explorers, does advertising for the Amazing Race, so the people who run it wanted some employees from SAE to give it a try so we would have an idea about what we were reccomending. The idea behind the Amazing Race is to tour the city in a fun, exciting way. So this is how it works, you are split into teams and given a bunch of 'missions' to accomplish through out the city in a certain amount of time. The goal is to earn the most amount of points by completeing the missions in the given amount of time. So, essentially I ran around the city like a crazed tourist for the day. At first I was a little embarressed, because I don't like doing the tourist bit at all, but I sucked it up, and it actually ended up being a really good time.
Work is still going well. I have become pretty good friends with some of my coworkers. They are all really nice people. It has been fun getting to know them. Its also nice because most of them have been here for at least a month, so they know the city pretty well by now.
Anyway, thats about all from me at this point. For all of you in the mountains- enjoy the snow and take a few runs for me! Take care.
