Today was yet again boiling. Rented some scooters with the guys for 4 dollars. Rode up to the beach about 5km away and it was worth the ride. We paid the nicest old woman to park then went for a mooch. The beach had mountains and clear water and the sea was warm. Headed back for an adjustment for the suit, which looked amazing. Fits like a glove... But it's a suit. Navy blue with a white shirt. I also ended up getting a winter coat. Why not its so cheap!! Then headed off to the cooking school. We all got taken to the market and were shown different vegetables, fish and spices. We then headed out to the school's kitchen by boat. After a tour in the herb garden we sat down and learned how to make rice paper, pancakes, one pot egg plant caramel, spring rolls and sauces. we then ate it! I impressed even myself! Back to hoi an by boat and back to the beach for me and Ryan. It was a bit cooler but nice to get a swim in, then another fitting and picked up the custom shoes. Those cost 25 quid!! 100% leather brogues. Booom! We then met Charles for drinks and some great food. We went to a street cafe which served as much as you can eat. Pork, chicken all comes out on skewers and you make up your own pancakes. They love to feed you though!! Then has a few more beers and home!
