Visited the citadel. Wow. Really old Vietnam here. Ravaged by war and yet so well preserved. Walked round and took millions of pics . Saw elephants and statues! It was so hot I reckon it hit 38deg. Headed for some ban bo after a cyclo taxi. The old man that took me looked like he was going die die!! Then got on the 13 hour sleeper train to Hanoi. After getting provisions. Let's hope the train is nicer.

Went along the hi van pass. The most stunning mountain drive in asia. 4 hours of climbing and sailing down in the bus for the best views I have ever seen. Arrived in hue. It was very hue-mid. Ha. This is rural traditional Vietnam. Went on a scooter tour with the 4 of us and guides into the sticks. Saw the old us bunkers and went deep into paddy fields where an old woman told my fortune.
