I'm reusing this picture for this post because that's how I feel right now. Been working 14 hour days since I've arrived in Farmington. What was two inspections on Super Bowl Sunday has turned into four and will be four a day until the cruise. Lots of snow melting off the roofs and dripping into homes, causing more volume than our company knows what to do with. I believe I heard that all our CAT team resources are being utilized (all 300 of the CAT troopers are in CT) and more claims keep coming in. Been a tough go lately and finally have this opportunity to post.
Handled six inspections today which is an all-time high. Went out with a field trainer today in order to get a helping hand and to receive advice on how to handle water loss claims since this is my first tour handling them. The highlight of the day (this is how exciting things are right now for me) was when we found an awesome food marker called Kensington Market about 10 miles from my hotel. Had probably the best eggplant grinder ever, with plenty of cheese, sauce, peppers and eggplant and low in cost. Definitely will be heading back there for an encore performance.
