Hi everyone hope everyone is well - sorry for emailing everyone again but I got photos up now too!

Had a busy couple of days. On Thursday I was really lazy because after having breakfast I felt like it was time for bed again, so I stayed in. Went out for lunch with a few people from the hostel and then went back and read and watched TV. Was in bed at 9pm that night... Got up yesterday and decided to take a tour around Sydney on an open top bus, a couple of people from my room came along too Richard and Laura (who was in Sydney two weeks ago!). We had breakfast and then went to catch the bus - the tour was quite long but there was a lot to see, I found most of it interesting (i.e. where the decent bars are) but my bloody camera stopped working so couldn't take any pictures Got off the bus and went to meet one of Laura's friends called Steffi from Germany (Cologne in fact - small world!). We went to Paddy's Markets, which is really big and really cheap, but saving my pennies for now so didn't buy anything but will do before I move on to Melbourne. Then went to catch the Bondi tour bus which was just as long and quite boring until we got to the beach which is just as nice as you can imagine - had to take a picture with my phone though! Will have to go back there again before moving on... Then went to The Rocks last night, another market but outdoors and it rained but it was still good. There was a live band outside and there were really good, we stood and watched in a beer tent along with lots of others. Got a train back to nearer the hostel and we went to a pub called 3 Cheeky Monkeys (I think), where another band were playing, and again very good (loving the love of music out here). Then we went back to the hostel bar, which was brilliant cant believe it took me so long to check it out, but it was worth the wait. Wasn't there for long however, still getting over the time shift but it's getting better every day! Today I decided it was time to buy a new camera after my disaster before I came, and then yesterday. So I got one from a Sony shop which was $279, a lot to pay out but worth it and it came with a free memory card too. Went with Laura to Manly by Ferry (checkout the photos), but was only there for about two minutes before catching another one back, forgot I had arranged to meet with Steffi to look at flats in the paper. So thats what I've done today, no luck on the accomodation front yet, so may book in for a few more days here or try a cheaper hostel. Been looking at jobs, seems like an office bod stint is coming up because they're the best paid, but I need somewhere to live first! Big night tonight and can't wait for that, not going to update tomorrow because I am knuckling down to find a place to live and a place to work, but will update soon hope everyone is well xxx
