Welcome to Florence! I arrived today after a great evening back in Salerno. I was greeted at the hostel by an extremely passionate, fast speaking Italian (who woulda thought) who gave me a run down of everything I could possibly do in Venice in about a minute.

Went exploring.. went into Santa Maria del Fiore (can't wait to go up the dome!), walked across the Ponte Veccio, and went up to Piazzelle Michelangelo.. an incredible view of the city. Wound my way back to get some pizza and gelato, and an chilling for a little bit before getting out there for some night photos! Might go to Siena tomorrow for the day! All for now!
