Woke up on the night sleeper bus at 6am as we were at the bus station already! Whenever we go somewhere new we never book accommodation as we don't see the point. I look in my lonely planet book half an hour before we get there and chose the street that is central and has lots of guest houses. It always works out for the best!

Got a truck to central Vientiane from the bus drop off point for 20000 kip (£1.60). Me, Michael and Megan walked down the street checking out prices and rooms. Laos isn't as cheap as we thought it would be! We ended up checking into 'Mixok Paradise' guest house. Megan's room costs 60000 kip (£4.40) for fan room with shared bathroom and our double room costs 110000 kip (£8.80) with our own bathroom and aircon as they don't have only fan rooms.

It cost an extra 10000 kip (£0.79) for me and Michael to have breakfast tomorrow 40p each so we will see how nice it is. I'm guessing not great though!

As it was 8am the rooms were not ready yet so we went for a walk and some breakfast!

The room number we are staying in is room 212! It must be fate! b**** I'm in the 212!

Me and Michael went back to the room at 10 when it was ready and went to sleep! I didn't get much sleep last night as I had a nightmare again.

I don't want to write about my nightmare but I want people to understand how horrible they are. Andrea do not read this. No joke.

My younger cousin Millie rang me, she was at a party with alcohol, drugs and boys and she wanted me to pick her up. When I got there a boy was forcing himself onto her, I couldn't get to her and saw the whole thing.

Had another one, I was with Ollie Wilson and got attacked my a swarm of wasps, I couldn't get them out from in between my fingers and stuff! Very weird!

I don't want to take my malaria tablets anymore but have to. They make me petrified to go to sleep.

Skyped mum who told me my brother bob has finished his 5 months in Peru and is now in Spain! Crazy! She also told me he turned up in Peru with a machete knife and huge whip that he had packed in his rucksack! How he got out of America I will never know!

Went for a walk at about 2 ish! Ended up going to this place the reminded us of nandos! I had pesto pasta! It wasn't as nice as home!

Laos is really the slowest place I have been! All the people move and talk slow. You will sit at a restaurant and they will bring you the menu 15 minutes later! Even the Internet is slow! Even the sirens on the police vehicles are slow and sound like they cant be bothered! Just everything!

Walked back home, met Megan and chilled for a bit! I decided to message Daniel my ex as we were together over 2 years but hadn't spoken to him in 5 months! It was very strange speaking to him! I'm glad I did though, it's nice to know him and his family are ok!

My asthma was proper playing up today! I can barley breath, this usually means I'm about to get a cold! Just what I need! I mean getting a cold in Asia is ridiculous!

We got ready met Megan in the reception for a 'Laos Beer' which I tolerated, although I am getting to like the taste more and more! I'm such a man!

Walked like an hour and a half to find this bar called 'CCC Bar'. It was rubbish when we it there anyway! What a waste of my life! No one knew where it was and it turned out it was 3 minutes away from where we stay! FFS!

Then we walked to '@ Home Club' which was the strangest place ever! It's a huge club with tables across he dance floor and no one dances. The music is good but to loud to talk! So all you do it people watch! Met a group of Laos girls and a gay guy called Lay! Stayed with them pretty much all night!

After this one of the girls gave us a lift to 'GQ Bar' and Lay opened it up and we had a lock in. There was me, Michael, Megan, Lay, 4 Laos girls and 3 american boys. The Americans were absolute idiots 'omg I'm so totally rich, I live in New York which is like, the best place ever to live. I live two blocks away from time square' I think he had swapped him mouth with his arse and was talking out of that. They knew my feelings towards them.

Also one of them we had already met in Siem Reap, we met his wife and he cheats on her most nights but he pretended he didn't know us and told us a different name. I wasn't not born yesterday moron.

You can smoke everywhere here so it was proper getting to me and I didn't take my stupid inhaler out!

Me and Megan left at about 4 and stopped to watch football for 5 minutes on the street with these men who couldn't speak a word of English!

We walked past a temple with a guard dog! I could not believe it when it started chasing me growling and barking! I don't think I have ever ran so fast in my life!
