Merry christmas to you all!!wow what a great city! From the moment we got here, We loved it. Its clean, modern, and buzzing.We arrived early afternoon and wasted no time,we went straight to orchard road to see the christmas lights and then went over to the riverfront, to see the great views of the skyline, we was even lucky enough to catch a jazz band playing it was really cool!! The next day we took the MRT to singapore zoo,which i have to say it the best zoo we have ever been too.The highlight was being up close to the orangutans to get loads of photos,plus feeding giraffes!!The zoo was awsome because theres no cages so you can get great photos and interact with the animals.Christmas eve we wondered the city and that evening we went on the singapore flyer,its wasnt that busy either so its was really nice,we also went for a drink at the famous raffles hotel.i couldnt believe how expensive the drinks were but it had to be done,my martini was worth the money it was yummy.on the way back to the hotel we walked past the church and it was midnight mass so we checked it out and it was really special listening to the christmas hymes,really cool christmas eve especailly for our year engagment!!christmas day was definately a strange one this year,one we wont forget,the chicken fajitas wasnt quite the same as roast turkey but christmas dinner in singapore was hard to find and expensive so it had to do,lol.all in all we loved singapore,there alot to do,unfortunately we didnt have time to do the night safari so that was a shame but we seen loads of the city,great place for shopperholics.fab place to spend christmas!!! x x x
