Oops! Charlie and I did our best to get ourselves emitted to A&E today, before you panic we both scraped through with just a little bruising! At play group Charlie fell head over heels from a mini climbing frame [3ft high] it gave me a heart attack but she landed on a safety mat and was up happily running around straight afterwards. She then had two further trips, one when she was running and one when she was sitting. It was like her head was heavier today and she kept unbalancing herself! The final fall resulted in crying and a little bruise to the head. In the afternoon having been spooked by Charlie's kamikaze behaviour I stuck to her like glue. This was my undoing... after climbing up to the middle slide with her and letting her go I, in a hurry to be by her side and finding the stairs blocked by another toddler slide down the baby slide myself. Alas my handbag caught on the way down and I near strangled myself! This evening my throat was all bruised and it hurt to swallow. Harry doesn't think either of us should be allowed out without a chaperone.
