I'd arranged to met Eiko and Byron again today. We met at the train station around 11am and decided to do a bit more sight seeing. Again we went to some of the many temples in Kyoto and the one castle that they have. This castle wasn't a castle as such but it was really cool. The floor was made so that when you walked on it, it squeaked, so people breaking in to the castle would be heard. We were told that is was supposed to sound like birds chirping and it kind of did.

This "castle" was a really "castle", not as good as the Himeji Castle but still very good to look through. Plus the gardens were really nice as well! After the castle it was late after noon by that stage and we were starved. We caught a bus back to the station and got some food at one of the many restaurants in the station. After dinner we all decided to go back to our respective guesthouses and chill before meeting up later, but we were all so knacked that I ended up falling asleep around 8pm.
