After a late one last night I got up pretty late. I met up with Emma and Charlotte for brunch at the best place for hangover food, Macca's. We down some nice greasy food before meeting up with my friend Eiko and her friend Byron. We met her at the Kyoto station. This was my first time meeting Eiko as we'd been online friends for a long time on a web site called Travbuddy.

As this was Eiko's and Byron's first time in Kyoto we took it upon ourselves to show them around. There was still plenty in Kyoto that we hadn't seen yet so it was nice to show Eiko and Byron around and also share some new experiences with them. We went to a few of the many temples in Kyoto but thankfully as all of them are different we didn't get templed out. I also took them to the Gion district and told them what we had learnt on the Geisha tour. It was so weird telling a Japanese about something from their own country, but it was fun.

Afterwards I met up with who was left from the group and we went out to dinner. Eiko and Byron also came with us. We went to the same place from the night before. The food again was really good but as the place was busy we pretty much had to eat and run, but we didn't mind as some of us were pretty tired and called it a night early.
