Hey everyone! this is just a quick journal entry to let you know that we are now in Koh Samui after 24 hours of travelling! On our lastnight in Chiang Mai we decided to get quite drunk and ended up really regretting it the next day as we had to check out in the morning and hang around for most of the day until our train left! I felt really ill so we went to macdonalds to have a fat burger, theyre only 25p in Thailand and then we both felt much better! The night train was ok, i didnt sleep but alex did, and then we got a taxi to the airport in bangkok. Our flight to Surat thani was only an hour and a tour bus picked us up which we didnt even arrange and took us tp the ferryport to leave for Samui (see how everything just falls into place) the tour people sorted out our fery tickets and bus journey and it was only four pounds for about three hours of travelling! We arrived at our beach bungalow which is really nice! the beach is lovely and Samui seems like a really chilled place so we are happy to relax! we will let you know what else we decide to do here later! xxxx
