21/10- Left Napier and headed up to Taupo went to town to catch the bus to the Craters of the Moon (thermal place) when who should come running over but Rhiannon our Welsh friend!! Bit of a surprise to see her! Got to the craters and had a walk around taking in the bubbling mud pools and stream craters. You have to stay on the path or you might fall through the ground into boiling temperatures! We then decided to take a little stroll to Hauks Falls, certainly alot further than we first anticipated! Luckily our bus driver saw us and took pity and gave us a lift for free! Saw the falls which run along the longest river in NZ and sat and had an icecream making daisychains before getting picked up- didnt tell him we only paid 1 way!!!

22/10- Meant to go Skydiving today but it was called off because of the weather so just hung around most of the day, lazy day!

23/10- Todays the day we throw ourselves out of a plane at 15,000ft! Absolutely pooing our pants! Alex got the best guy filming her and doing her tandem but Kate's bless her left her standing there for ages which I meant I was last in the plane meaning 1st one out!!! Was fantastic tho 60 secs of freefall only problem was Kate's ears, pressure was soo bad she thought they were going to perfurate! Still was really good and we got to pick our own music for the dvd's. Kate's intro was top gun theme tune, freefall- U2 Elevation and Born Slippy for landing. Alex had eye of the tiger for intro, lifestyle of the rich and the famous for freefall and chili peppers, zephar for landing! One word.....AWESOME!!!!!!
