Hello everybody We set this Blog up so that our friends can keep up with our antics whilst we are celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary year - it starts in earnest with a trip to South Africa in Jan and there's loads of other things planned so keep coming back.

Dave richo I can def vouch for the Indian ocean- the whales we saw were impressive but it sounds like so far u have had plenty of amazing experiences already!

Wenda Segways are great fun, glad you finally got to try them out. Only issue is they are not legal on public land in the UK x

Mandy Hi you two. It sounds like you are having a fab time. I have spent many a happy hour at Spier - hotel, concerts, cheetahs and Moyo. It is certainly an experience. Keep on having fun and its great to hear about it.

Hattie Hi mum and dad. Just a short note to let you know i am ok and being looked after very well indeed. Well apart from the fact that auntie karen forgot to feed me one afternoon despite my attempts to remind her! She just don't get it some time. It seems far more important to her to keep my toys tidy but to be quite frank that is not high on my priority list. Oh and there was one time when uncle Martin shut me outside by mistake after i had done the cat patrol thing for him. The annoying thing was i could see them both through the window sitting down and tucking into their teas. It was only when they had some baked potatoe skins left that they realised i was not in the room... ney.. house to be fed said skins. Well that is all water under the bridge now and we seem to be getting along quite nicely. I have been for many big walks and chased a lot of balls and other stuff, but the highlight so far was a trip to the Moose where i secretly climbed on the bed for a quick nap whilst they were faffing with stuff that, quite frankly didn't need faffing with! Auntie Karen & I had a girlie night on Friday when Uncle Martin was out (no he wasn't at the pub!). We watched a chick flick and did our nails and dew claws. Keep in touch and don't worry about me. I am training them quite well and they are responding well so far. I will keep you informed. Hattie Row! Row!

Laura and Col Do you think it was the same baboon that nicked Tony's picnic?! Well, it's been lovely and sunny here too so ha! It has been about -2 though and is set to get colder :-( 12 mile walk for us tomorrow!
