10 Stops & Home
What did Terry & Michelle do next you ask, well we headed inland on the greyhound bus, which took forever. Once in the outback we rented a camper for 5 days & went to visit Uluru, (Ayers rock), Kings Canyon & the Olgas. all were bloody big rocks. Uluru has a base walk of 9ks, which we walked. The Olgas was cool & there was a good walk we did through there. Kings canyon was good, you climb some steps around 100 metres up then do a great walk staying at that height throughout. The outback is very red, dry & empty apart from us tourists. The aboriginals worship these areas & certain areas are restricted to the public. They have a lot of their history there & still take their children to teach them.
