Were in Sydney & at the end of our Oz trip & heading to Indonesia 2morrow.
First a blog about the amazing dive I did on the Yongala. The dive was a ship wreck & it's supposedly the best in Oz & in the top 10 in the world. It was amazing!!!!!!!!! There's nothing around this wreck, it's in the middle of nowhere. Over the years the coral has arrived with the currents and attached itself to the wreck & covered it. You're down there & the ground is just mud, sand & a huge wreck covered in coral. Because there's nothing else around all the sea life is also attracted & stays. The amount of fish species there was unbeliveable, snakes, a shark, a turtle & thousands of fish, which were all huge like they were on steriods. As we were having dinner & getting ready for our second dive whales started jumping in the distance not 2 far from our boat. On our second dive u could hear them singing, which was cool. On our way back to land more whales were jumping & our captain steered in their direction so it also became a whale watching cruise. I was raving about this for weeks & would deffinatly do it again.
