First 4 days were spent in Lima, staying at the Pariwana hostel, Miraflores. It's a clean, tidy hostel with really comfy beds. It can be noisy at times but was generally quite a comfortable stay.
The first day we were in lima it was super hot. Sam and I both got badly sunburnt on our shoulders walking around Lima. We met some local surf dudes and saw some local surf schools. The surf isn't very good in Lima. A really fat right with a big shore break. We looked around for boards at Klimax (Miraflores) and Wayo Whilar (barranco) but didn't buy any. We decided to head south to Punta Hermosa
