We set off early again to try and beat the crowds queuing to go to the top of Eiffel Tower. We all decided to use our Open Topped Tour Bus tickets today and also activate our 3 day bus and train travel pass. We went by the Metro (underground rail) to the Charles de Gaule station that is under the Arc de Triomphe to start our open top bus tour. Another early start - we arranged to all meet in the breakfast room at 7.00am to be ready for our 7.45am pick-up from the tour company taking us the Monet's Gardens in the morning and Verailles in the afternoon.
