Breakfast started with a thrilling encounter with members of the choir. Serious. They were moaning about the new choirmaster. Then there was the two women fighting in the laundry room. Apparently a lady lost a dress and she saw another woman wearing a similar dress in the laundry room . She promptly started fighting with her and threw an iron at her, she was arrested. Not the first arrest on the cruise there were three arrested for importation of heroin apparently. Since that 'find' the customs spend their whole life searching passengers and rooms. Can't believe it, worse that Tottenham. Oh well off to Brisbane for the day. We didn't spend long in Brisbane a combination of it being 30 and humid as well as the fact it is similar to Sydney but more humid and we are so new and excited on the ship that for now we are happy on the ship. We did take a moment at the town hall
Where there was a remembrance service for gallappoli (sorry can't spell it). it is a nice city and has some nice touches such as north south streets named after male royals and east west named after female British royals. Sometimes I think he Aussies are more British that we are, good on 'em as they say. We sailed out of Brisbane tonight to the sound of rule Britannia and other prom night music (of course some**** slipped in 'we are sailing' but hey can't have everything) it was really quite moving I felt like Cook! .... You know what i'm like.
