Well having now arrived home and got a decent internet connection for the first time in eight weeks, we can read the entries and realise, thanks to Eamon's superb writing skills, what a great time we all had.
We miss the 7:30 appointment in the Crow's Nest already.
Thanks again for your superb company, and now I suppose it's back on our heads??????

Hi Pete currently lounging in a coffee bar by the acropolis not too shabby......
Pete
Welcome to temperate Europe chaps !! Oh it ain't so bad, you'll soon get used to it although we do tend to dress rather differently in these parts - well most of us do anyway.
Weather has been tumultuous (like that word). Only last week the beaches around Aberdeen were packed as sun worshippers bathed in 23c temperatures. This week it plunged to -7c, seven inches of snow, road blockages and power lines down!! Now, you don't get that in Abu Dhabi do you?
Really looking forward to seeing you both.
