Surf and fabulous bible study with the girls here in Jaco! Being so inspired!!

Tuesday

A little more surfing, went with the team from the states (Alabama)! A family who are just delightful so welcoming and encouraging!! i love it! My new roomies arrived! Sandy and Sheena from San Deigo!! They are awesome! We have just clicked!! Wednesday! Bus adventure to Puntarenas!! With Sandy, Bleu and Vida! Lots of giggles, sharing our stories, thrift shopping, food on the go, drinking coconut water and a trip to the police station! What a day! (By the way the police bit was regarding a thief who happened to be on our bus) After a walk home in the rain the sun came back out just in time for Hannah to be baptised in the ocean! Then back to Hannahs and Shauns for 'arroz y pollo' (rice and chicken - a very costa rican dish) and a night of worship with a random mix of people.

Thursday!

Bible study and running about the shops with April before a horrible surf but i played with the stones on the beach for a while and helped save a beached stingray! Spent the afternoon at the property with the Team from the states doing all the odd jobs that needed done! Painting, mowing the lawn, raking leaves, putting up shelves etc etc! We all had dinner together and chatted and swapped facebook details!! Then Christian Surfers youth club went on which was busy and very successful!! Starting to get to know people!! Ethan sang a worship song in Spanish the talented wee thing!!

Ethan leaves tomorrow so I bid my goodbyes!! We have grown pretty close so its sad to see him go! But we can keep in contact and I told him to visit Ireland... again!!
