Today was meant to be spent at a Thai cooking school but as they failed to pick us up we had a day free to explore. So what do you do when your on holiday with a motorbike fiend? Rent one! £10 for a bike for 24 hours isn't bad at all. So helmets strapped on and a vague idea of where we were going we set off for Doi Suthep national park and the temple, palace and amazing views that are there. At first I was terrified being on a bike but it wasn't nearly as scary one I got used to it and it was a nice cool way to enjoy the sun and the amazing views. The people even have a reasonably decent idea of traffic laws in chiang unlike in Bangkok!!!

The temple was gorgeous but the highlight was definitely just being in the jungle for the waterfalls and then the views as the temple is the top of a mountain.

After all that and a relaxing dinner it was time for Adam to shed some insulation on his head and for me to treat myself to a pedicure. Only setting us back another £10! All in all a great day!
