Today was spent wandering around old Bangkok, visiting the grand palace, Wat Pho and Wat Pra Kreaw. It probably wasn't the best day to pick though as it was a staggering 38'C and we had to wear a long skirt/ trousers and a long sleeved top and the majority of things were outside in the blaring heat. First day in Bangkok and the only way to describe everything is manic! The driving is indescribable, basically a mixture of if your vehicle will fit through the gap and you're brave enough, then go for it.
