Went shopping today for the bits and bobs we need for our weekend in Wellington (you know me and Nick cannot do anything in half measures!) It would seem that Julian is just the same as he sent me an email on font sizes for our banners! Fortunately in NZ they have a £1 shops which are called $2 shops (all makes sense so far!) However most of the items they sell are not $2??? (confused!) Well anyway despite the misleading name they are a treasure trove of all things fancy dress and arts and crafts so we loaded up! Got home and spent a productive afternoon making stuff using the tips learnt from watching Blue Peter all those years (Elaine is now missing a pair of curtains, several paint brushes and some bamboo sticks) all in a good cause of course!
