Well here it is the final blog from our travels.

After leaving the Nullabor we spent 3 lovely days at Streaky Bay relaxing an unwinding. Saw some great coast line and sights here and will travel back here again one day. On to Pt Augusta where we spent the night at the Oasis Apartments as we had promised Lachlan that we would spend at least 1 night in a cabin etc during out 5 mth trip.

On to our final travel destination Sheoak Flat to meet up with Mum & Dad (Harris) who are missing Lachlan and Lyla dearly. We arrived at Sheoak Flat about 2pm on the 8th Oct and Lachlan lept out of the car to greet a teary Janni Gran and Grandad.

It was great to spend the last 4 days of our journey with family and stay under a roof in a real bed. Having some home cooked meals was great and being able to catch some fish and blue crabs was enjoyed.

We arrived home in Houghton at 3pm on Tuesday 12th Oct ( Lachlan's 11th Birthday). We have travelled 22,000 km's over 5 months across 3 states/territories met some wonderful people along the way and saw and did some amazing things. A trip that will remain in our memories for a long time.

Now the clean up starts, you will not believe how much stuff you can fit into a caravan !!
