Well we made it all the way from Halls Creek to Broome today. We arrived in Broone at about half five and checked into the PCYC campgrounds for the night. The drive today was long and hot, as expected, but I'm glad we're in Broome with a day to spare before we leave the van back. The campsite, as seems the norm, is very quiet so we're just having a few quiet beers and relaxing. We have to leave the van back tomorrow after we check into our new hostel, where we stay for 3 nights before we hit the road again for Perth. The big highlight of Broome is called the staircase to the moon. It only occurs at full moon and luckily we've arrived at the right time!!
