Today we were off to Doubtful Sound. Similar to Millford Sound but not as touristy. It is a Fiordland National Park....untouched and very remote. We were warned that there would be a lot of sandflies on the way there :(. We had to get a ferry and then a coach to where the boat was where we were gonna spend the night. Today was the day....was I ready......uh uh I was sooo shi***ing myself!! Was trying not to think about. Couldn't even eat anything!! But I was determined to do it :D I can't be a chicken my whole life lol!! We walked down to the A J Hackett centre to get the bungy bus upto the Nevis Swing. It was about a 45min drive there. The actual last part of the road was scary enough and hadn't even seen the swing yet!! They were playing music which had lyrics like....highw...

Next two days in Queenstown were free to do as we pleased :) That meant a lye in to start with hehe!! Everyone kind of had their own plans today so I decided I'd go wonder round the town and do a spot of shopping and sightseeing :) Even though Queenstown is pretty large for a city in NZ it was still fairly quick to walk around hehe. Lots of sporty/outdoorsy shops and loads of places to eat and drink. Met the others at lunch time and then went for a nice pedicure...

Woke up with a nice hangover this morning!! The bus ride was gonna be fun today....lots more sleep was in order. lol What I didnt know was that there was a walk this morning too!! Travelled on further south today along the west coast to Makarora. Stopping on the way at some beautiful lakes. Lake Matheson was one of the. This is one of the most photographed lakes in NZ.
