Where in rio b*tches!

After an extremelky long flight and no inflight entertainment we arrived in Rio!

Such a nice feeling when you see your bag arriving on the carousel! Especially after hearing all the horror stories of backpackers not getting their bag!

We all have our bag except Devi, trying to keep up the hope that it will arrive until dun da dub the carousel stops devi is not a happy bunny especially as I decided to video her through her moment of stress!

Turns out bag was left in London and will be with us tomorrow, now we just have to deal with a smelly devi for a day! I'm sure there's something in my 18kg bag that she could borrow... For a price of course.

Bless our cab driver who speaks very little English and throughout the journey was speaking to us in portugese we just had to nod and agree!

What should of been a 30min journey turned into a 1.5 hour as the cabbie couldt find the hostel at least he didn't give up and drop us somewhere random!

Initially he took us to a hotel and the hotel bellboy took one look at us and told the cabbie that he's got the wrong add! Think the backpacks gave it away! Darn it there goes my hope of staying there!

Finally we arrive at CabanaCopa hostel and I must say it's actually a really nice suprisingly clean place!

Blonde moment of the day: asked the driver to take us to copacabanna and he's like umm you're in it!

Presumed there would be like a rio version of Leicester square where you could find restaurants and bars!
