The Veil has been Lifted. So we woke up this morning and the smoke had gone. It was beautiful, bright blue sky and really warm. In the morning we went to San Telmo where there was an antiques market. So yesterday was ridiculously busy. We wokeup at about 5:30 because some crazy australian people thought it would be polite to shout that early in the morning. I think they ot taken away because after like quarter of an hour they went quiet and we managed to get back to sleep only to reawake at 7:30 whch was ok coz it meant that breakfast would be in half an hour. Hi everybody, We have discovered what the curious white cloud is, apparently there are lots of burning fields around BA right now, not too sure whether they're meant to be like that or not but that is the reason so there is a constant smell of bonfire. The Veiled City. So day one begins after the longest flight ever in cramped conditions. After about 16hours travel time, the boeing 747 descends into miles of skyscrapers shrouded by a white veil. Im not sure what this is, it smells sweet but smokey and looks like fog although you can see the blue sky above you. Its very warm which makes a change from what we are used to.
