The Veil has been Lifted.
So we woke up this morning and the smoke had gone. It was beautiful, bright blue sky and really warm. In the morning we went to San Telmo where there was an antiques market. There were funny street performers, one of which ¡was a puppatier who had a puppet with a guitar that he was playing along to a track. It was really really well done. There was also a man who Toby put money in his bucket and the man tried to make off with me and then he pulled a knife on Toby saying that I was now his...All a show I hasten to add.
Then we had lunch outside in a pretty courtyard that had lovely flowers and the smell of cooking steak (we did, however have pasta).
Then we came back for a shower and a reapplication of suncream and then headed back to Puerto Madero to laze about in the sun by the water and eat ice cream. We found an ecologial sort of conservation place but it was closing, something to do with the water. But there was a fete on which was good to watch. With it being Sunday not many things were open so we plan to head to the Iglesia de Ignacio tomorrow which is the oldest church in BA and next to it is the Colegio Nacional which has underground tunnels that you can visit.
We have booked an extra night here at the Milhouse hostel because we couldnt get a flight tomorrow so we have booked our flight for the 22nd and we are in the process of booking a hostel in Ushuaia. We are looking at the Free Style Hostel if you would like to look it up!
Anyway, that´s all for today, I hope everyone back home is ok.
Lots of love
Tegan xx
