Hi everybody,

We have discovered what the curious white cloud is, apparently there are lots of burning fields around BA right now, not too sure whether they're meant to be like that or not but that is the reason so there is a constant smell of bonfire.

The Milhouse hostel is very good, centrally located, free breakfast!!!!!! Nice big room, bar lots of seating and social areas, tegans favourite part is the roof, its brickwork arches lots of them, it looks kind of medieval well if they had bricks around back then, the weather is very nice but there is a kind of constant heat which you cant get away from, it'll probably be very differtent when we head down to Ushuia.

Yesterday we went to the busy Florida avenue, it's a big pedestrianised street with shops and restaurents, it is invredibly busy just packed with people, hundreds of them all going different places and all in a hurry, today hopefully we're gonna cheeck out some of the parks and maybe wander down to the sea front which apparently has ben done up so i have images of gunwharf in my head. We're also gonna try and find this steak house which comes highly recommended so it should be nice
