7:30 my eyes opened to a new day , the sun was shinning . wish I could change locations and travel longer , with that not happening I'll be happy for the time I've had on my own , traveling through parts of costa rica. I seen a waterfall and repelled down it , I've played with monkeys , hung out with locals , seen a volcano , met some cool people along the way . Seen beaches , walked through national parks , seen different animals and lizards , and alot more . This will just motivate me to save so I can do this again but alot longer next time .
Went for breakfast at that cool spot next to casa verde and had 2 coffees and breakfast and surfed the net , trying to
Find a company that has other people going on a snorkeling tour . Since I'm solo if no one else is going then they won't have a tour , and it's quiet season right now . Supposably rainy reason but it has not rained alot . They like when it rains. They said they need it. The rainforests and plants and harvests and animals . I bought a book for 4$ at this place , it's the fourth book of the vampire chronicles by Ann rice . Since I'm pretty much done my book , figured I'll buy it . I'm also on thar book in the chronicles which works out as well . They had a huge book on the vampire chronicles , explaining everything mentioned and meanings in the book . To big to buy. Im at the pool tanning and swimming . No one else is here which is nice . Just relaxing alone, reading , music , listening to the sounds of people working , the waterfall in the pool , birds talking and crabs walking around . And it's only 12 pm ha ha. I'll probably go eat in a hour half or something and find a spot .
Holy s*** a huge iguana lizard is walking by the pool , insane . Just got some awesome pictures of it . So casually walking by ha ha . Amazing just amazing .
Just got back now its 10:30 pm
I'll tell u the rest of the day , after the pool I got ready to go and eat , went to el dorado , I seem to like this spot . Great wifi , staff is cool and it's on the main road . Ate some awesome shrimp and pineapple in a tastyyy sauce with rice and salad . Very mouth watering . I believe I walled around for half n hour or so then came back to where I'm staying , and finished my book . Very proud of that , since at home it's hard for me to concentrate . time to work on my new book . Chilled there for awhile then listened to music for awhile in my room . Opened my door to go grab some food and there was a note from kev and Laura saying they came to find me and there going for dinner , to go find them . I guess they don't mind my mind . They were chill and I just didn't want to impose or make them feel like they have to invite me . So thinking I wouldn't find them I did see them at this restaurant called flip flops , which would have Been good to find couple days ago . They mentioned in the note to look in the busy restaurants lol . Anyways flip flops had good prices , alot cheaper than other places I eaten at , and good choice in food , I had a Mexican special . Beans , sour cream , salsa and 3 mini wraps and some chicken with sautéed vegetables . Yum . Then chatted and we walked down the main road , I checked around to see if I could find that hottie steve , but no luck . By checked I mean glanced in the bars walking by. I'm not a wacko . Said my good byes to kev and Laura as they leave for panama tomorrow and I leave for san Jose . It was nice hanging out with them the past 4 days . There humble , chill people . And happy people . it was a pleasure .
