Last day in Venice really all we did was walk around a different part of the island again oh and we went into the church at st marks square and that's the most gold I'll ever see in my lifetime it was really something. I may not be a practicing patron of the church but when there signs all over the place say no pictures, videos, food or drink and proper clothing (covered knees and shoulders) no hats or bags/ luggage and act properly. I respect it. There's staff of the church there to enforce these rules but still there those ones that still take pictures and where there hats after there told not to. It just kills me. They even provide you shawls to cover up as a convenience because you wait in line and people aren't prepared so they give these cover ups so u can still go in and then people just take them off. It just kills me the picture taking the most cause they do it right in front of the signs. Anyways.... After a full day of walking around we then said good by and headed to the airport for London. It was a long wait but we managed all we talked about was Venice and how we should just skip the flight and go back. We landed in Gatwick and it confirmed what we talked about it was cold and rainy like Vancouver. It was a long day but we made it to the hotel, not too bad but we miss our bed/pillows and also Milo's dreaming barks.
