So today we arrived in Koh Lanta or Ko Lanta (they never spell things the same here).
The scenery here is amazing; limestone islands scatter the horizon, with plenty of sandy beaches and clear blue water!
We arrived at Kantiang bay resort and entered our smelly shack (aka 'beatutiful authentic bungalow'). It was like living in a zoo, we had ants, big spiders and ghekos. But the beach was amazing long stretch of golden sand.
We sunbathed in the morning and rented a bike in the afternoon. As steve doesnt have a liscence i drove (not well). I couldnt handle the bike it was very heavy and hard to steer so i gave up and steve drove which i think he really enjoyed! We pretty much drove around the whole island and then we took a wrong turn through the forest and saw 3 elephants standing at the side of the road. We took some pictures and steve insisted that we go incase lions came out and ate us!!!! (Silly Boy)

We have decided to leave our lovely beach bungalows and will now be staying at Dream Team resort (with a pool).
