Hi there, After i last wrote my tour has involved all forms of transport, including sleeper trains, train on the death railway, ferry, minibuses and a pick up truck. Hi there. I have reached bangkok without too many stresses. The flight was 11 hours, uckily the plane was empty so had 4 seats to myself and managed to get a couple of hours sleep, but laying down on those seats was a bit uncomfortable!
