Didn't wake until 10 am - leisurely breakfast, then Dave drove us & the boys to Bombo beach to take Millie for a walk. Sunny day, a bit breezy - kids played on the beach, and at one point, a very excited Millie knocked Matilda flying, and received a scolding! Saw Bluebottle jellyfish corpses, but no whales.

On way back, stopped in Kiama to go shopping! D had promised the kids their favorite home-cooked meal - M wanted pizza, J pasta & tuna. Also bought a case of NZ wine for $30 (£3.33 / bottle!!)

Came home and D cooked a big pasta lunch - then made pizzas for tea, which we were allowed to watch in front of the TV, for the Dr Who series finale.

Drank wine, and chatted all evening.

D set alarm for 3am to get up and watch Somerset v Mumbai Indians for a couple of hours in the CLT20 semi final. Somerset couldn't complete the run chase, but return home US$500k better off - a pretty good end to another good, but slightly frustrating (again!) season!
