I woke up with a sore throat and a deep bass voice. Popped some medicine before having a toast and banana that Darren prepared. We went to GCCI for Sunday service. It was nice to start off the day with a calm and peaceful service. A lady offered us manapua so we finished it off on the car. After we got back to Darren's apartment at USC, I took a short nap on the couch. Woke up around 2:30 p.m. and picked up Sharon before heading down to Little Tokyo to look at apartments. I met Susan, mommy's high school friend and Darren's broker, for the first time and had a pleasant chat with her. Turns out that her son is the same age as me! Anyhow, I really liked the feel of Little Tokyo Loft, especially one of the model apartments. Very artsy, a little ruined, huge windows, white furniture... Ah, I would love to have a place like this! Saw a group of homeless people lining up for soup kitchen down two roads though. We drove to two other places but didn't get to catch a glimpse of the insides. After dropping off Sharon, we got back to the apartment around 5 and I fell asleep once again. Darren woke me up around 7 p.m. and we stopped by Ralph's again to pick up stuff for dinner. Darren's friend, Alexandra, will be doing the honors tonight. We arrived at her apartment around 8 p.m. Very nice place, if I may add. Very pricey too, Darren added. Alexandra cooked us chicken with peanut butter sauce, my first try. Pretty interesting flavor. She grumbled a little about our lateness and I felt apologetic cause I believe Darren didn't want to wake me up till the last minute *warm fuzzy* We left around 9 p.m. and got to see Uncle Andy, who just came back from Hong Kong, today.
