So today as a big group we went back to the orphanage to see ALL the children... I was so out of my depth, got punched in the nuts 3times little S^*ts. Managed to easy myself in with some Crayon rubbings of leaves and coins ect, they were fascinated. I also got involved in cooking the kids lunch, it was spicy garlic chicken, looked really good! The afternoon was spent relaxing getting ready for the two days of trekking we will be starting tomorrow!

Day 5 at DH, it has been an amazing transformation from start to finish, the place has gone from being a dump to bing a safe and Sercure environment for kid to live and play! Had a quite eve, found somewhere to eat which was nice and a few Changs!!

Day 4 at DH, i know this doesnt sound that interesting but unless you see you cant understand the difference this has made. It means instead of water from shower, washing machine and washing up ect, going through the kids play area it is now directed out through some scrub land. Well either way the ditch works and the concrete has set.. Quite happy with my work, so guess i can put that on my Cv now!

Day 3 at the DH, it was far more enjoyable and far more organised and productive. The group i was working with were given the task of re-routing the current drainage ditch. The current ditch runs between living quarters and through the play area. While the other 4 were tasked to dig and rout the ditch i was mixing and laying cement (good job Bros aint here we only have 5days). Would have been easier but for such small a small budget we only had enough cement bloc...

2nd day of Volunteering at the DH, today we managed to construct half the Bamboo fence, took pretty much most of the day. An hour or so was chucking rubbish and wood into a fire!! Would like to say i was enjoying this work, but os highly boring and i would rather be doing some trekking around!! In the afternoon i spend my time down at the lake relaxing and going for a couple of swims. Still havent eaten properly for 3 days due to 3 ulcas on my tongue! My three ...
