Friday 29th June Touched down in Singapore at 6.10pm. Was a rough & bumpy flight a lot of the way. Was driven by private vehicle to Furama Hotel in Chinatown. A large, modern hotel with gym, bar, restaurant & lovely outdoor pool. At 10pm had a bite to eat & a Singapore Sling in the Waterfall Lounge. Tuesday 26th June Arrived at Kings Cross station at 5pm & after a short taxi ride we were at 'Thistle Euston Hotel' at 5.20! Dinner tonight was at a tiny African restaurant that seated 12 people!
