Today we started off zip lining, it was cool with the wires across some valleys and we had special harnesses so you pull some crazy shapes whilst in the air. By this point my feet had gone mental and had so many blisters as did Chris's we then drove from that place to the lunch stop which was great, this time we had a small pasta dish, soup, more rice potato meat combo an then, ice cream! We then started on another walk this time not much up and then along the train track all the way to aguas callentos. We saw a few trains pass which was cool and we climbed on top of a disused carriage. We had another addition to he group by now an Irish guy called Shane. When we were walking along the track about 20 mins after we saw a train go past we found a massive tree that had fallen on the tracks so being the food people that we are spent the next 20mins trying to move it off he track but to to avail sadly. After a lot of walking on the track (which was quite therapeutic) in the rain we eventually came off and arrive at the bridge to Machu Picchu that we were going to cords the next day. By this time the feet were in agony and it was raining loads and we still had a horrid hill to walk up into the village. We eventually got to the hostel and just collapsed for a bit. Then me and Chris did a bit of exploring, bought some anti histamine (yes cool) and got a hot chocolate in a French cafe, where we stumbled across our friend the Swedish house mafia (our name for them) later we went for dinner, this time we had a choice, I had avocado and the chicken, it was nice. Then off to bed we went ready for our super super early start the next day.
