The next day me and Chris had to hang out in the sweaty heat that is rurrenabaque as our flight wasn't until the Monday. We spent the morning having juice and banana. Bread from the banana bread man who is slightly infamous in the area but is actually a fundamental Christian and a massive homophobe rasist ( we discovered this as we asked him how a 50year old American came about being in the Bolivian jungle and he gave us 2 panflets on it) he did do bloody good banana bread though. I then went for a siesta as it was so hot and Chris watched the football. Then we went for a walk around and just pottered drowns the town as we at this point had no money and no way of getting anymore out as Chris card didn't work and mine had no money on. Eventually we went to bed ready for our flight the next day.
Flying time. Had some breakfast at the French patisserie again and then headed for the airport place. Met an English older couple there who turned out the man we t to Robert Smyth and used to live in great glen! They were super nice and luckily so as you had to pay loads of airport tax and we had NO money at this point so they subbed us. Such.nice.people. The plane was small maybe a 30 seated and the flight was fine, a whole 45mins as apposed to a 24hr horrid bus. Yes please. Got back to la Paz and just pottered in the wild rover, and had dinner at the Mexican with the Irish from the tour, and then played more cards. Also managed to book the highly recommended la Paz city tour with Ben for early the next day.
