The morning was lovely when we awoke and so we stayed on the campsite a little longer than planned as the kids wanted to paddle in the pool and have play. Once we convinced them to leave the pool we went to the "Osterreichischen Freilichtmuseum" in Stubing, a collection of historic building from across Austria which had been relocated to this region for visitors to have look at. It was interesting and the children (and ourselves) got a good walk as well. Lunch (Sausages) was eaten at the site and then we jump in the van for the long drive to Linz. We hoped on the motorway and paid the additional tolls for the travel across the alps and finally reached Linz. Found the campsite, fed ourselves and we to sleep
The following morning we caught the bus down to Linz and walked up the main street to get the town square. Lunch was quickly had and we proceeded to the main target of our visit to Linz which was the Ars Electronica centre just across the Danube. The children had a great time playing with robots and looking at the various displays and computer programs. All in all a good time. We returned that night settled down. At that point it began to rain again.
