I'm reading through Peter Matthisen's "The Snow Leopard" on my second visit to Nepal. It's a book I looked for for 5 months. I even bought one copy and lost in on the trip. Peter dicusses many elements during his 1973 trek in the Himilayas including Zen Buddhism, tranquility and detaching himself from his painful emotions.
I have written a lot about dreams coming true during this trip, because it has given me such a vivid experience of that taking place. I have had photographic thoughts that have exactly matched times on this trip, for years. This time in Nepal is no different. I met a Nepali family in Pokhara and they showed me the sweetest hospitality I have felt in a long time. The father drove me on his motorbike all over town taking care of my errands. He is doing this in the middle of a work day. His wife cooked me a few savory Nepali meals.
Everything happens for a reason and that saying is even more blatantly true when you travel. I will have to explain this more to you when I talk to you in person. You just have to know everything is working out in your favor. ALWAYS!!! No matter what it looks like in the outside world. Love everything that comes to you.
