so i leave las vegas and get the direct bus to san diego - the one and only direct bus and relaise it shoudl take about 8 hours and i should get there in plenty of time to meet barbra and karen as they were already there and checked into the hostel

so im sitting on the bus and it starts to get a little warm - i firstly think nothing of it until it gets colder again so we make it to the first stop and the driver turns round and states thats there is something wrong with the temperate of the engine and is unsure if we can carry on - at this point the rest stop is in the middle of no where and all there is is fast food outlest - so i knew if i get stuck there i wasnt going to die - and they are american portions so i could stay for a while
after about an hour he says the bus can go on se we all climb on the bus but are warned it could break down and we'd be stuck in the middle of nowhere. so the bus dispite getting really hot makes it to the next staion where the drive informs us that we are getting a new bus - so we get all out bags off the bus and put things onto this new one
as we're about to drive away some little dude runs out of the bus staion and tells the driver that we cant take this bus and have to wait another hour or 2 for another one - to this our driver says no and drives off!

so we arrive in san diego very late its now dark and im desperate for my bed. so i call the hostel as it states free transfer from the bus station so i ring up and the woman tells me i have to get the bus and pay for it and they will remburst me when i get there- was not happy - am fed up of this false advertising - free transfer implies they come and get you!
so i finally find the hostel and reception is closed and im not allowed to check in for about an hour - REALLY not amused, altho as im sat waitng who turns up - babs and karen who have just been to the off licence with a 12pk of beer- never have i needed a drink more!
