Hey everyone I thought I would just quickly add another update before dinner. I have had a good week so far cant believe it is wednesday already. I have been seeing lots of patients with GP type illnesses lots of infected boils, cellulitis, broken toes, chest infections etc and am getting pretty good at drug doses now which is always good! I have also been doing general ward type stuff as well. James had an interesting few days had earache we all had a look thought it might be perforated which would mean he couldnt dive so he went by boat (4 hours) to suva to see an ENT person and it was just wax - oops! Good that he had perfprated it though. Today fran and I hired some and cycled round some of the island we had some children trying to ran and keep up with us along the way and saw some of the villages. We stopped to look at the waterfall it was very pretty but we were a bit disappointed that we forgot our swim stuff so couldnt swim. It was a good afternoon but after 2 hours of cycling I think I might feel it in the morning. Anyway I had better go and help with dinner james is is cooking some red wine and chicken delight - we are doing pretty well on our two small hobs!
