Morning everyone; it's currently Sunday morning and the 3rd day in our new apartment. Photo's can be viewed in the album section, but it's crazy! I never imagined in a million years we would be staying somewhere like this, I kind of feel like I'm in a hotel! Our apartment is modern and spacious for a typical Hong Kong flat (...with a sofa bed for anyone who wants to visit!). Myself and Lauren are on the 28th Floor of 76; which is plenty high enough!!!! We are staying in Lohas Park; a complex with many tower blocks, indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, bowling alley and lots of nearby hiking trails. We are a little way out of the centre but only 3 MTR stops from our school.

The photo above is the view from my bedroom window; the mountains and bay, a view which I don't think I'll ever tire of waking up to!

We have spent the majority of the weekend chilling and sorting out ourselves and the apartment before we start teaching on Tuesday but made time last night to head into town for the daily light show. Again photos can be seen in the album, but this is where you stand on the Waterfront in Kowloon and view all of the buildings on Hong Kong Island lighting up. Unfortunately last nights show was in Cantonese but all the same it was great to watch.

We're starting to look into other places to travel so hopefully we'll have a few weekend trips planned soon.
