We arrived in Stormsriver just after 10.30 after a short trip from Port Elizabeth. By 12 I was harnessed up and ready to jump off the bloukrans bridge, the 3rd highest bungee jump in the world and the highest bridge bungee jump in the world at 216m high. When you jump you get 6 seconds of free fall before the bungee kicks in and then you get about a minute of bouncing around before someone comes to pull you up. Sarah decided it wasn't for her!
The hostel we are staying in is pretty cool and we are currently sitting around the fire with a few other people, 3 dogs and a pet goat who keeps trying to eat everything.
Tomorrow we are off kayaking in the national park and then hiking in the afternoon. A little bit tamer than today!

I like the idea of sitting around the fire. I'll keep my fingers crossed while you are kayaking Ha Ha Jonny, I spoked to your grandma this morning and told her about all the things you an Sarah were doing.She seemed quite interested. I told her I'd let her know when you do the Asia bit. It is really cold here I think summer has gone futher South. Mum/Lisa You can now cross bungee-jumping off you To Do list! How do you feel? Can't imagine the adrenalin rush you must have had. Did you jump or did they have to give you a push?
